Three Sixty Pool Care ("we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned pool service serving Ventura County & surrounding areas. This policy explains what information we collect through threesixtypoolcare.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what we need to give you a quote and service your pool, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, or text us, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your phone number
- Your ZIP code
- Anything else you choose to share with us, such as photos of your pool, your address, or details about your equipment
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited) for security and to keep the site running. Our website also remembers, only in your own browser and only for your current visit, whether you have already seen our intro animation and new-customer offer, so we don't show them twice. This is not used to track you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request, usually by phone call or text message
- To schedule a pool visit and provide our services
- To send service updates and reports about your pool if you become a customer
- To keep a record of requests so nothing falls through the cracks
- To protect our website from spam and abuse
Calls and text messages
When you submit a quote request or text us, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provided about your request and our services. These are messages from our team, not automated marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or by letting us know on a call.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on our website to measure and improve our ads. These tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address, browser and device details, and whether you sent a quote request, and they may use cookies. The quote form's contents (your name, phone number and ZIP code) are not sent to them. Under California law, this may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time; see Your Privacy Choices below.
Otherwise, we only share your information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and our email provider (which delivers your quote request to us). They may only use it to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
Third-party services
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google may receive your IP address. You can read Google's privacy policy to learn more. If you follow a link to another site, such as our social media pages or reviews, that site's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records only as long as we need them to serve you, keep business records, and meet legal or tax requirements. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents may also have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You also have the right to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the Your Privacy Choices button below, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
To make a request, contact us at (805) 826-1329 or threesixtypoolservice@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing it.
Do Not Track
Browsers' older "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so we do not respond to it. We do honor the newer Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: when your browser sends it, our advertising tools do not load.
Children's privacy
Our services are for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection on our website and limited access to quote requests. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your Privacy Choices
We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to see which ads bring people to our website. You can opt out of this on this browser at any time. Opting out does not affect the quote form or anything else on the site.
